Ironically, we did have a virus detected on the computer 2 days ago, which McAfee techs diagnosed and removed, but they were also trying to troubleshoot this resulting problem and were unable to successfully reset the IE using the prompts on the screen and their other problem solving attempts.

A lot of threats were found and deleted, so AdwCleaner needs to be run again and then the computer restarted and then the new log submitted. I have run AdwCleaner twice here are the results S2,S3,S4 the vgrabber is still in my sp list but is no longer in bold print and no longer listed as the default sp, I am still unable to remove or delete it.
